Length of Course: Thirty Hours of Instruction. (Clock hours)
Methods of Obtaining Classroom Hours: Blended Learning to include classroom attendance, livestream attendance and online self-paced hours. Methods may be sole and separate or in combination.
Methods of Learning to include synchronous and asynchronous attendance.
This course discusses ownership, property rights, appraisal, financing, relationships with clients and customers, disclosure, contracts, management, transfer of title, practice of real estate, basic calculations, and Mississippi License Law.
Verification of Attendance:
- Classroom: Please sign in daily.
- Livestream: Before attending a class, you will be required to sign in on your computer.
- Online Self-paced: Total online hours are calculated electronically.
Classroom hours are recoded on the class login sheet or login computers.
Livestream hours are recorded with the Zoom Platform.
